Wajarri Artist Promotion and Online Showcase

Wajarri Enterprises Limited (WEL) is developing a dedicated online showcase to promote Wajarri artists and their artwork through the WEL website.

The showcase will give artists a professional digital platform to display their work, introduce their creative practice and reach wider audiences. It will also help interested businesses, buyers and supporters discover Wajarri artists and make direct enquiries about available artwork and commissions.

WEL will work directly with participating artists to develop artist profiles featuring approved images, artwork descriptions and information about their creative practice. Artists will retain ownership of their artwork and control over the information and images published on the website.

WEL will not take any commission from sales, commissions or other opportunities arising through this promotion. This ensures artists receive the full financial benefit of their creative work.

Coloured Flowers

Coloured Flowers is WEL’s artist promotion initiative, created to recognise and showcase the range of artistic talent within the Wajarri community.

Like coloured flowers, every artist brings their own distinctive style, medium and creative approach. The initiative brings these individual artists together in one online space while allowing each artist and their work to stand on its own.

Through Coloured Flowers, participating artists will have the opportunity to:

• Develop an artist profile on the WEL website.
• Showcase selected artwork to wider audiences.
• Promote artwork available for sale or commission.
• Connect with interested businesses, buyers and supporters.
• Increase their public profile and visibility as an artist.

Each profile will be developed in consultation with the artist, and only information and images approved by the artist will be published.

Supporting Wajarri Artists

Donations to this initiative directly support Wajarri artists to continue creating and increase the visibility of their work.

Funding may be used to provide:

• Art materials and creative supplies for commissioned artwork.
• Photography and digital presentation of artwork for the WEL website.
• Development and maintenance of artist profiles and online showcases.
• Promotion of participating artists to businesses, buyers and new audiences.

Through Coloured Flowers, the WEL website will provide a dedicated platform where Wajarri artists can showcase their work, attract sales and commissions, connect with new audiences and develop sustainable opportunities through their art.
